All take and bake items can be cooked frozen or thawed. Thawing will of course decrease cooking times.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove meatloaf from freezer bag, place on baking sheet (lining pan with foil will make cleanup easier). Pour meatloaf glaze (in small sauce container) over meatloaf. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Internal temp of meatloaf should be 160 F. Thawing meatloaf before cooking will speed up cooking time.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic lid from Mac n’ brie. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Thawing Mac before cooking will speed up cooking time.

Preheat oven to 425 bake 25 to 35 minutes. Crust should be golden brown.

VITA’S COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKE N BAKE BLACK BEAN CHICKEN


Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove plastic cover from top of foil pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Internal temp of chicken should be 165 F. Thawing the black bean chicken dish before cooking will speed up cooking time.Topping with sour cream is a tasty addition.

VITA’S COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKE N BAKE WILD OREGON SHRIMP CAKES AND ZUCCHINI FRITTERS


Preheat oven to 425F. Oil a baking sheet pan, place frozen shrimp cakes  on pan. Bake for 12 minutes. With a spatula, and using a scraping motion, flip the cakes (The purpose of this scraping is to keep the nice browned surface on the cake). Bake the other side for 12 minutes or until nicely browned. Top Shrimp Cakes with Vita’s Chipotle sauce and Vita’s Yoghurt Sauce for the Zucchini Fritters

To bake from frozen, preheat oven to 400°F, Place foil over pie top. Bake for 30 minutes with the foil on top.
Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Thawing pie before cooking will decrease cooking time.

VITA’S COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKE N BAKE CHICKEN BASTILLA AND SPANAKOPITA

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove item from bag and unwrap plastic from bastilla or spanakopita. Place on sheet pan Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Should be golden brown. For Bastilla sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Cut and serve. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove cakes from plastic bag.Place cakes on an oiled sheet pan, bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Top should be golden brown.
